14-Day Returns
You may return your Mystery Box within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the box is unopened and in its original condition.

We'll provide you with our return address

Ship the unopened box back (return shipping cost is covered by the buyer)

Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

A note on mystery boxes:
As each mystery box is randomly assembled, returns will not be accepted for style preference reasons once opened. This is a common rule for mystery box products.
